More friends on this... that's what I need to make! I have... what, eight? I want this place to take off, damn it! Here are my updates!
* Just finished the audio book Paul is Undead and really enjoyed it. Now I'm audio-reading Room by Emma Donoghue. It's... upsetting me. Lots. Especially while I'm not reading it.
*Yesterday was Roy Blount Jr's birthday! My absolute favorite panelist on Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!
*Finally, someone stopped saying "Twilight has poor grammar" and made a blog highlighting every fail. Reasoning withVampires They'renotf**kingvampires.
*Have train ticket to Chicago. Arriving October 27th at 8:45 AM!
*Looking into the band The Bird and The Bee. Their song Love Letter to Japan was good and now this one, Ray Gun is getting to me. 'Course, that could just be because it's reminding me of that goddamned audio book... man, that thing is really upsetting.

My livejournal is going to be Friends Only for a few entries while I detox myself from some extreme annoyance involving a Roaring Thundertwat from a (mostly dead) Potter community and an a teeth-grindingly unintentionally irritating friend. I used to wonder what "wishy-washy" meant, wonder why it was bad, wonder why people got upset with a lack of self confidence and a constant apologetic nature.
Then I met her and boy did I find out.

I do have to send a few messages to people on LJ to find out if they want an xmas card and there's one new friend that I REALLY want to FRIEND but refuse to due to lj fail!
