Out to the city tomorrow to get my Hepatitis B immunity test- two hours on the bus, then another hour on the train. But it's (supposedly) better than catching the hep.

I have lots of fantastic words to say about etymology and Kevin James and tumblr and fishing float nets and netbooks and all of that... but the bus gets here at 6:40 AM, so I'd better go to bed now. Even my art's gonna be an unfinished piece this time. Jordan's unfinished birthday gift.

Maybe not mauled dead.

She still won't tell me how old she is, Mrs. Crastomancy *points up*. I know she's at least in her upper forties, but that's about it.

Times when you want to draw:
()In the morning when you have nothing else to do
()In the afternoon, after cleaning
()At night
(x)9:30 PM when you have to get up to catch the bus for something very important.

I am very interested to hear your fantastic words! But I guess you'll have to tell them to us later.

Oh, the poor, wee lad.
Crastomancy... that's the occult art of telling what tomorrow is going to be like, I think. (Uses the root word for "tomorrow", at least, from which we get "Procrastinate")

Does she divine it from the position young men's bodies take after being mauled? "Hmm... Upside down, legs hanging over the headboard, left arm extended: 'Someone will have a very sore neck all day.' Sounds about right."

Wee? He's 17, which is older than she usually likes!

Nah, it's just a bastardization of the name "Crestomancy". I needed a fancy sounding upper-crust name for an old money family. *LE ORIGINALITY* She was supposed to just be a side character, but Jordan's boy Conor took to her too well. Or she did to him... Iunno, but the second he turns 18, he's getting the ol' "Cody Alister" (don't let the door hit you on your way out).

X) You must write of a scary vampire cougar like that!

Tell the FFA I send my regards, 'cause I won't be able to make it tomorrow either D: That's 3 FFAs missed in a row!

She was older than she looked. Far, far older... But a gentleman never asks a lady's age. She was on the hunt. Her kind recieved nourishment at least two ways; simply drinking blood, when one was new, or in a dreadful hurry, and through passion. She far preferred the latter.
She preferred young men. They were so enthusiastic, and always had more than enough energy to spare. She'd lost a few of the older ones in her time; embarrassing, and awkward. And the untried young ones were also very grateful. She'd had a few get presumptious; it was intolerable, and she always taught them a lesson they'd never forget, even if they couldn't quite remeber it, exactly. But they always treated women with respect after that. Just a service she provided for her younger sisters, after all.
She had a new one on the line; pert, and sassy, but well short of presumptious. There was something different about this one. She was interested to find out what it might be... Could she tempt him into making the first move? They were always so cute when they thought they had the initiative.

Yanno, I've been back reading here and there. Our friends' (or your "friends") journals, trying to remember who I thought you were. The good guy. The fake.

I liked him, though. And I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt so much if I could remember him.

But then I find things like this. Where you outed yourself. Where you knew all along what you were, and what you were doing, and even the fake seems fake now.

Was I "cute"? Were any any of us? So entertaining, we were, I bet.
