Calling All Slashers- Help

One of my ship-mates on F.A.P, though not a troll, has a habit of making borderline inflammatory and generalizing remarks on the boards regarding slashers and slash fanfiction. He sent me an owl.

So, to use your analogy, I'm going to go to your sushi restaurant, and I'm going to try it. If ANY of those fics is any good, I'll give up on generalizations. And you'd better respect my judgement if I don't like it. It's a matter of taste, and isn't that what VENOM is all about?

Seems like an awful lot of work just to get him to say things like "some slashers" and "a few things I've seen", but I see this as one step towards understanding and ship unity.

Help me out here- this is a call for the finest that slash fanfiction has to offer. I've got four days and I want to make this good. So far I have Two-
Just because you've got the emotional range of a teaspoon doesn't mean we all have and More Than Books but I don't trust myself not to give him something that's completely off-putting. If you have any suggestions and links, I'd love to hear them.

To keep in mind
-Nothing with graphic sex. If you can, make it a pg-16 at the highest rating.
-He isn't too fond of Draco, so no Harry/Draco
- I'm trying to show him that not all slash fanfiction turns one or both men "femme-y" (a generalization he loves to make about both fictional and real life gay/bisexual men). Fics that prove his idea wrong are best.

Fuck. 70 owned my heart. Would you mind if it were the contemporary era--or well, not really past Epilogue or anything, that would be strange, but I have an idea--kind of like a short outtake from his, what? fifth year? .-.

I'll be gone for the rest of the day (flying home ._. Scary...) but after that, I'll be on regularly. We'll have plenty of time to work on things.

at the moment i can't think of anything not nc17, but i'll got look through slashnotsmut, there are bound to be good low rated slash fic there.

also, just thought you'd want to know i've begun to post a draco/ron series inspired by your comment that more are needed. they're kinky and vaguely ron-abusive (more consentual d/s then rape/torture, but the pain is there) i'm not suggesting you should draw for any of them, but i'd especially like to see part 5 illustrated, so if you like it when i get to that part, consider it?
