What? They have Licorice ciggys where you live? Obama banned candy flavored cigs here on the logic that it would cut down on the amount of kids smoking.

Yep, all EtOH is the same. However, beer has a lot less alcohol than rum, and beer has a lot more water in it, which leads to less dehydration.

They're not candy-flavoured exactly, and you get them by buying licorice papers (which I use with normal tobacco but you can get licorice tobacco) and rolling your own. It's more like licorice-plant flavour, kind of aniseedy, rather than candy-licorice flavour.

Also, SO NICE to see Obama still has fanboys. I thought it was just us Europeans who still love him!
